What We Do

In short Mackenzie Jones Solutions has the ability to partner and develop long-term relationships with clients in the Middle East who are searching for a tailored approach to recruitment.

How We Started and Evolved

We were formed successfully in 2016 by the Mackenzie Jones Group and officially launched as Mackenzie Jones Solutions in 2017. Due to high client demand MJS was formed as a project recruitment business focused on delivering bespoke recruitment solutions to clients. The team have the capacity and expertise to work on large volume campaigns providing a dedicated account team to deliver your needs. Our processes and structure are based on the following three principles:

Tailored solutions to meet client needs, be it volume hiring or executive search, whilst ensuring alignment to business culture, processes and enhancing the employer brand.
