How We Started and Evolved
We were formed successfully in 2016 by the Mackenzie Jones Group and officially launched as Mackenzie Jones Solutions in 2017. Due to high client demand MJS was formed as a project recruitment business focused on delivering bespoke recruitment solutions to clients. The team have the capacity and expertise to work on large volume campaigns providing a dedicated account team to deliver your needs. Our processes and structure are based on the following three principles:

Tailored solutions to meet client needs, be it volume hiring or executive search, whilst ensuring alignment to business culture, processes and enhancing the employer brand.

On-site resource integrated within the client business, supported by an off-site project recruitment team which manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing channel activation through to offer management & onboarding.
